Unlike some jams that contain the pulp of other fruit for the gelling process, each Konsberry flavour contains purely the single fruit. All the fruit are grown in the ecologically-conserved mountainous areas of western Serbia where the clean rivers, strong sunlight, and unpolluted air produce beautiful fruit.

Minimal sugar, maximum taste

After handpicking the fruit, the fruit are cooked at low temperatures, using only the minimal quantity of sugar to help the fruit pectin and acids form the gorgeous thick jam consistency. All-natural preserves

Konsberry all-natural preserves contain no pesticide, additives, preservatives, artificial colouring, flavouring, fragrance, sweeteners, commercial pectin, gelatin, citric acid, or pulp of other fruit.

Red raspberry 
Konsberry raspberry jam is a winner with its bright red and sweet richness. Red raspberries are wildly used for their incredible taste and medicinal properties. This brilliant fruit contains antioxidants, such as vitamin C; the flavonoid, quercetin; polyphenols, ellagic acid, and gallic acid; which are known for their anticarcinogenic properties.
